Please note: To post in the Support Group, you have to register for the support group. To register, click on the link at the top right of the forums. You will be sent a numeric password.
[b]To change your password[/b]
You first need to log into the support group and after you do, notice that the word Register is now Preferences. You can click on it and change it to whatever password suits you.
[b]Lost the post you were writing?[/b]
Our server presently logs you out automatically after 30 minutes. It’s difficult to keep track of time, especially when there are doorbells, phones, and family distractions.
Take the time you need in order to write your message. Members prefer shorter messages to very long ones as a rule, but we understand that sometimes you just have to get it all out.
Now before clicking on the Submit button, copy what you’ve written. (highlight it and click on Control + c) Click on submit. If it asks you to log in, do so, then repost by pasting it into the blank window. (left click once inside the window, and press on Control + v)
If you’ve forgotten to do this, and are prompted to log in, just back click and your post should be there for you to copy. Some can right click once and copy, but the post has to be selected/highlighted.
[b]Want to change your display name?[/b]
Sometimes there is more than one person in the group with the same name and this may confuse everyone. To change the display name on your posts, log in, then click on Preferences and proceed with the name change.
[b]First Post?[/b]
If you’re a new member, please take a minute to post and briefly tell us something about yourself. Other members can then relate to you. This helps a person not feel so alone.
[b]Participate[/b]
It doesn't taks much to utter a word of kindness or encouragement to others. This is a new group, and still in its formation. If you like the site and come here often, please take a moment to connect with other new people too?
