Try using one or many of the problem solving skills when faced with a dispute. Use thought records, communication skills, problem solving, communication analysis and putting yourself first to try to get a better understanding of the problems in your relationships and change how you behave in those relationships.

Don’t limit yourself to using these skills with just one person. They can be applied to spouses, significant others, family, friends, co-workers and bosses/management.
