Good to see you and your stats are looking good! I think it's partially about appetite. When we eat junk food, we want more junk food. When we eat healthy, we want junk food - oh wait :blush: But seriously I find when I am eating healthy, I see junk food differently. I know how sluggish and full I'll feel afterward but once I fall off the cart and start eating poorly I make myself forget all that. We did the same thing with smoking.
It may seem like fun to drink and smoke like a train all night but remember the next morning? Head pounding, dry mouth, sore throat, lungs aching and your tongue feeling like someone laid carpet down on it overnight!?
There has to be a happy medium. Something you can do that feels reckless but won't actually be harmful. Shopping? You sure have saved a lot of cash since you quit. What about going dancing till the wee hours in a non-smoking joint? Or having dessert every night for a week?
You'll get your groove back once vacation-mode wears off :p
