I keep feeling like my cravings are so strong I have top break my own legs to not go to the store. No I wouldn't actually break my leags. But I am so amazed at the strength of the cravings. Sometimes it physically hurts. Last night I couldn't take it anymore so I bought a pack, ripped it open, put the smoke in my mouyh, lit it, started crying, drove with it in my hand, then through it out the window along with the pack! And I keep wondering am I obsessing or what, but don't think so. I'm still very tired and fatigued, dizzy and spaced. Keeping my head up though, it has to get better. No one died of quitting smoking but many have died from smoking! Thanks for your support.
