I cant believe how hungry I am.
For dinner I ate 2 peices of grilled fish, a massive pile of salad with low fat mayo and a potatoe with a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce. That was 3 hours ago (in oz) and I am already starving. Stomach is actually grumbling. I just want to eat everything in sight. Must join one of the waist watcher groups and keep track of my gain. I think I have maintained so far. Doing at least 40-50mins of walking monday to friday while walking to and from sons school.
Cant stop eating, but at least stopped smoking!!!!

This is normal and will pass! Try eating low calorie foods and veggies. Use lots of water and keep occupied!
