Wondering

You'll get through it. My first month I fired my primary care physician, yelled at everyone, slept a lot, and ate a bit more. If you actually have a diagnosed mood disorder, see your doctor. If not, then you are going through some temporary mood swings that will straighten out as you continue to practice saying no and quitting continues to get easier. You've heard the saying, Sometimes things get a little worse before they get better. Things will get much, much better. Do not hand any days back.

I know I should expect the mood swings. But the way I am today, again, but actually worse, I wonder. Im just so crabby, not really enjoying anything, not hungry, but hungry, bored but not in to anything, just IDK different. Sound normal? Cravings are pretty bad today as well. Oh if the U2 concert wasnt being streamed live tonite, I would just go to bed. Fooey with today.
