That is very true Eleveno. It does take work for CBT to work. How were you able to stay motivated to stick with it?

It is incredible. I really have the tendency to depression. I no longer take antidepressants, and after a little time without CBT, depression starts doing some tricks. It seems CBT works great in my case for relapse preventation, but sometimes I feel alone with it because very few people use it. I think a possible reason is that CBT requires some work and it is not simple: 2 powerful roadblocks for the widespread of this therapy.
