what kind of exercise do you do to help with your anxiety?
i have just been for my first jog in ages, and i feel actually quite good! i don't feel very anxious at the moment which is a first for this early in the day!
thank you to this site for helping me make the first steps. now that i will eventually be able to make it back to college and get my diploma, when i get a good job i promise to donate money to this site =]
