Moochela, It may be helpful to you in filling out the sheets. The more detailed and precise your sheets are, the more likely you will be able to see patterns and triggers. Well i use the manual paperwork everyday. I help it helps me a lot in understanding myself and keeping track of myself. But I am not you and only you know what is good for you. But I can say I find doing the manual paperwork to be useful to me. -Diva

I have not been doing this but have been filling the web session diary on a daily basis, adding comments when I feel the need to do so. Is this enough or should I also be filling in the manual paperwork?
