Hi, Foaped. This is wonderful that you persist in going out. What happened is that "nothing bad happened when you went out." By persisting in doing this, your brain is beginning to get the message that 'every time you go out' does not necessarily mean that it's unsafe to go outside. If you keep at it you will find it less and less scary. Remember that nothing happens overnight. This is a really good baby step, and with repetition you will begin to feel more comfortable, until such a time as outside will not be utterly scary. It is a success worth tooting about!
