Yes, I turned on some music on my computer, that helped...after taking a walk around the courthouse. I usually go hide in the bathroom for a bit to get away from everything and everyone. Thanks for replying and your ideas!

Take a 5 minute break...walk away from work for a while.  Can you listen to music while you work??  Try some soothing music to take your mind off things.

Having bad anxiety issues. I took my med this morning and cant take any more yet. Having some symptoms... How do you deal with this??? :(
