Jo, Have you tried relaxation techniques? What about breathing techniques? For tonight, prepare by reducing your anxiety level as much as you can. Try a hot bath, some soothing music or a warm beverage? Tomorrow do sign up for the Panic Diary where you can record your daily level of anxiety. You can also find how helpful it is to use breathing techniques to help you deal with your panic and anxiety. DOES ANYONE HAVE A PROBLEM SLEEPING I CANNOT GET TO SLEEP TO LATE AND SLEEP FOR ABOUT 4/5 HOURS THEN CANNOT SLEEP AFTER THAT SO AM TOTALLY EXHAUSTED WHICH DOES NOT HELP WITH ANXIETY, I FEEL SHAKEY AND NOT WITH IT, I AM ON TABLETS BETABLOCKERS WHICH MAKE YOU TIRED BUT IT SAYS CAN ALSO MAKE YOU NOT SLEEP BUT IF I DO NOT TAKE IT I FEEL EVEN WORSE WITH ANXIETY AND DON NOT WANT TO TAKE OTHER MEDICATION. HAVE NOT SLEPT PROPERLY FOR ABOUT MONTH NOW.
