Hey Everyone

I hope everyone is feeling a little better. It seems so many of us have had a difficult week, myself included. I asked myself what was so different this week. I think it had something to do with my monthly, sorry guys. I was reading in a book yesterday about nutrition and health. I looked up anxiety and found a lot of helpful information that I thought I should share. I'm sure you have heard of before. It said that vitamin B6 and B12 is helpful for anxiety disorders. I wish I could remember everything it said because I think it is useful information. It said that eating the right kinds of food and eliminating certain foods may make a difference. There was a whole list of foods. I should get the book and list the foods. Has anyone tried taking vitamin B6 or B12? Can you take if you are on an antidepressent? Your insight would be appreciated. Thanks
