Dear mahogany: I don't know if its normal or not to have dizziness for 4 weeks straight. I have been asking the same question. I have been having dizziness at least that long. It becomes worse when its busy or when I go into places where I am not totally relaxed. It seems that a lot of us on this site experience dizziness so I would say that it is not at all unusual. Carol

well im going to go ahead and take zoloft instead of paxil. but for the past 4 weeks ive been experiencing dizziness, ive had my ears checked and they are fine, im just wondering is it normal to experience dizziness due to anxiety for 4 weeks straight, and if i start the zoloft is it going to make it worse.?
