It may seem odd now, but years from now your view may change. I was at the end of a road rage incident once, and the nut was out of control. Looking back at it now, the passerby, just shook his head.
The problem with bullies, is that they operate under safe conditions. Isn't that funny? Not really, since if a clearly marked police vehicle was there, no bully would dare act that way, for fear of repercussions.
Maybe the bully missed his "playtime" that morning. Too bad you didn't get his license plate number, since this behaviour is not acceptable to communities. Even if you made a driver error, road rage is not acceptable.
This behaviour is risky, since everybody has cameras on their phones, starting with pre-teens. These kids are so quick with them too. Maybe his picture is on youtube already, and there's a wanted picture already as police vehicle technologies share his data. Even unintentionally, tourists, businesses have cameras going for leisure and security.
Bullies beware...
