It's okay Sunflower. I had the exact same day, yesterday. I cried all day and was shaking. I, too, feel isolated and alone. But you are not alone. Everyone in this group is here for you and we are all dealing with anxiety. Please know you are loved and we sincerely care about you. Some days are rougher than others. Please hang in there - this too shall pass. Even if it doesn't seem like it. To quote a smart person, "You are stronger than you think." :) And, it's okay to feel bad sometimes. Even people without anxiety and panic feel that way. Don't add more pressure to yourself re: feeling bad, about feeling bad.
