Cultivating love and inspiration would be productive. I watched a dramatic movie which struck me yesterday. As soldiers passed each other, they saluted with passion.

What thoughts pass through my mind as I pass others during the day? I had a nightmare about work, which was a toxic environment. In that place, when we passed each other, there was negative commentary usually exchanged, even through email.

I had to look up the meaning of "finger post", since I'd seen this quote before. If I had to write something on the sign along my road to achievement, I'd write "detour", I suppose.

Stresses by their nature may not always be negative or positive.

One way to look at this is to see how the general population sees something. An example would be that some people like to vacation in the outdoors, so losing their home electrical power source temporarily might be not be noticeable.

Those who vacation in luxurious hotels might percieve a power source loss as more disruptive. Their coping strategy might be to explore a blackout as as exploration of the outdoor vacation option.

If you are in the habit of thinking negative you can use this as a spring board to get rid of it by not believing it and recording in your mind the positive effect of not believing it. The exercise of proving it wrong gives you a lot of positives to put in your memory.
