BF's Hubby: This site will really help if you let it. "if you let it" being the operative phrase. It is the sole reason I quit and stayed quit. Lord knows, I certainly didn't do it alone. If face-to-face would work better, BF has my IM name. I'm just a guy who quit and don't pretend to be a shrink, but I'd be glad to meet y'all.
Like everyone else has said, this is a real bad time for either of you to be making any major decisions. Take it slow, think before you speak, and maybe just don't speak at all sometimes.
