Lol.. That helped A little bit! See Im only 15 and i have anxiety and its so annoying! and i cant go to bed generally its 12:30am and i have work at 9:00am i just cant go to bed. whats something else that can help me go to bed?

STOP WATCHING SCARY MOVIES! LOL, I absolutly can not tolorate scary movies, I stick to PG and Im 29! If I watch a scary movie I have Night time panic attacks even if the movie didnt really scare me. This is what I do, I keep a colouring book, yes a colouring book by my bed and if I have scary thoughts I coulour in it untill I am so tiered I just pass right out. Take a hot bath befor bed, this will help relax you and trick your body into thinking its beddy bye time. Seriously, stop watching scary movies, I promise you will not be possesed.

OMG! someone help me im only 15 and i have anxiety and last year i watched the movie "the exorcist" and in it a girl gets possed by the devil and her beds starts to shake and I ALWAYS THINK ITS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME! cause i always think about it and i cant sleep. when i NEED to. i sleep with my light on and i pray to god (it works 50/50).. do any of you have any ideas of how i can stop this?
