Two weeks already

Hey everyone - Well I've made it 2 weeks, I can't tell you how proud I am of myself and how lucky I feel for being able to experience smoke free days at last.  I have to say that I am having moments but I am finding them passing very quickly and that I can push past them sometimes without even thinking.

Last week I joined a cardio Kickboxing class just so I can keep busy and hopefully get in shape and frankly I'm loving it, it is five days a week and on the other two days my husband and I go for a bike ride or a very long walk.

So far I am doing fine but I am always on guard cause I know that little green demon can be waiting for me around the corner ready to pounce in moments of weakness.  Keeping busy is the key for me but sometimes I am finding I just need to rest for 1/2 hour, I get so tired but I have read in some posts that this is normal.

I visit the site everyday and I thank God because this site does works, it gets me through the my toughest time and that is eight and nine at night.....weird.  So even though I don't post all the time I am here.......just lurking.

Have a great smoke free Tuesday
Terry
