I'm having all the same problems everyone else is......no sleep, voices telling me to smoke, craves, "etc" "etc"........

I just found out from great folks like you that it goes away faster if I laugh and be upbeat and help everyone that I can.

I thank you for that.......you're one of the best at helping.....
