Hey Kev, my July firecracker quit Buddy, I am glad we made this journey together. I am as suprised as you are that I have a year smoke free. I remember when quitting was a hobby for you, ( just joking) now it is a fond memory. I have faith in you son, I don't think either of us will ever smoke again. We know too much about it now. I have made lots of friends here too and I'm glad you are one of them.
Enjoy your outing and give Gracie a hug for me.

Hello Kevin and congratulations on your fantastic achievement! Those stats are inspiring- so well done.
I loved the part of your post where you said you wouldnt want to go through this again and that makes you put more effort into your quit- thats exactly how I feel- Although I have had an easy quit, the psychological quit has been really bizarre I have had to live in a whole new world and I found that challenging.
But again like you I thank goodness for finding this site when I did- the support and encouragement has been exemplary.
So nice to have met you Kevin and I really am delighted for you!
