Jacqui,
I've missed your posts. You are a big factor in my quit, and gave me a ton of support. It actually has been a lot easier staying quit, but checking in here every day. There are many times when I'm ready to cave in as well.
For example: I play golf with smokers. They are not so considerate as to not smoke in the cart, and if I make a bad shot?. Well, I just remember that I am stronger than those damn cigarettes.
I also remember to take my own advice, and post before I smoke. Even if I don't write anything, I check in on the SSC, and see how well my friends are doing.
This is a really hard thing to defeat, but we've done it this long.....
We have to be strong..for ourselves.
Hang in there Jacqui!
Ron
