Yeah, John, I know it would be ideal not to use anything at all. I've got a good quit going here and I'm not really struggling with cravings. Possibly my search for a few other distractions is a way of weaning myself from using chew toys. I dunno, i just sort of deal with it as it comes along and I'd sooner shove a matchstick in my mouth than think about what it is this junkie inside me is telling me to do, then I'll work a while,eat a few grapes, work a while, have a cup of coffee, work, chew a match, work, drink water, work, Altoid...and the days just keep going by and I don't miss tobacco a bit....... YAY I DON'T SMOKE NO MORE!
