You know what keeps me grinding through the "rougher" days, knowing that tomorrow will be better. Knowing and believing that I will feel normal again.
I'm no where near there yet, but just knowing its around the corner really helps.
If it gets too tough, I nap if possible, walk, sip water, and watch Law and Order.
Keep hanging tough, it does get better. I've been there before. I just made a bad choice by starting up again.
