You guys are doin it! Take it an hour at a time, if you get through that then you can get through another. Deep breathes and some exercise if you can do it. A walk around the block, some stretches maybe?
If you haven't made a list of why you want to stay quit, this might be a good time. If you have one, bust it out and remind yourself why you are doing this. It's hard to see it right now but it is SO worth this tough bit at first.
Have you planned some rewards? Something to look forward to? A hot bath, a nap (oooohhh naps are good!), a great meal, a call to a friend? Getting through Day 1 definitely deserves a reward.
As the others said, it will get better and the benefits are amazing.
