Anna, Yes, it can be dissapointing to have those feelings resurface. Unfortunately, this is an addiction and they don't undo themselves that quickly so be sure to relish those good days and know those bad days are temporary. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Jeniwho had a question about the milestones and cravings in another post. So, I thought I would just start a general thread, hoping others would add their two cents. I had heard about the 30, 60, 90 day craves but dismissed them because I don't like to "talk myself into anything." Sure enough, around each milestone I had cravings. They aren't anything that we cannot handle, it is just dissappointing to have that feeling resurface. Once again, it is just our bodies healing. Stay strong and get through it. It doesn't last very long, the cravings go as fast as they come. If quitting were easy, there wouldn't be a need for this support group! Hope this helps :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 199 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,985 Amount Saved: $835.80 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 10 Mins: 51 Seconds: 48
