I dunno what the deal is. No longer on Chantix and so very secure. This morning I decided to be lazy and watch a movie on TV. A real tear-jerker. Have a little drama in my own life going on as well. Am at home, by myself, and have gone on a crying jag. A few minutes ago, I went to my son's room (he is out of town), found a open pack, pulled one out, sniffed it once, twice, and then put it back and left the room (locking the door behind me).
WHEW!
That is the closest I have come in a long time...they are there within reach, but I did not do it!
I don't want to smoke. I am just sad. And that is how I dealt with it before.
Gotta go...I hear a nap on the couch calling me...that is probably the best rememdy!
