Yea Grin,
I call this the "nag". Some days, it just is all present, all the time. The restlessness, the feeling like something is missing, like I should be doing something that I am not. Hopefully, this will go away with time. It is annoying. I still have never had the knowingness that I am totally free from this addiction. I still think of smoking everyday..so, I am waiting for the awareness..that I am totally over it; that I never want to smoke again. I think that the only cure for this restlessness is time. As time goes on, the freedom will emerge.
