Hi again. I have been reading lots of old posts & getting to know everyone a bit. All the info & suggestions are so inspiring & encouraging, it makes me want to quit right now. I know I'm not ready yet though. Yesterday, during my 90 minute, horrible traffic, horrible weather drive home I only smoked one cigarette. I would normally have about 5 under those circumstances. I am thinking more about every one I smoke & why. I also have begun to imagine my lungs filling with disgusting smoke, all my blood vessels constricting, new wrinkles developing & all the other horrors happening to my body when I smoke. I really feel that when I do my smoker's diary & decide on a method (leaning toward the patch again), I will feel ready to do this. Thanks again for all the support.
