Hi,
Most quitters don't know what to do with all the extra time and just sit on the couch and wait for something to happen. I slept for almost a week in the beginning of my quit, I think I was lucky. After a week I started to do things I never did like walking and playing with the dog and stuff like that. When I kept myself busy I got more and more engergy and I cleaned out my whole house and the garden and everything that came in my way.
It's true about smokers, they do not do al lot then sitting on the couch and smoke. I mean, you are not used to all that extra time and that is why you think life is boring. You'll get used to do more and then you feel better.
Good luck :)
