Man I so needed this post Lainey thks for posting this and thanks everyone for the bumps. I have been having such a rough and stressful week and yet when I look at my numbers I'm thinking this should be getting easier! I had a dream last night that I smoked and woke up feeling so guilty in that I enjoyed the cigarette in my dream. WOW . My husband and also one of my friends quit together and it seems so easy for them which makes me always question whether it will get better for me. I tried to get off of Champix but got to the point that it was either take the pill or the smoke so got back on the pill but only taking one per day in the AM. As I read all these posts I get encouraged as one day it will be my turn for acceptance.. till then its still a fight for me every day!
