As time goes on, there are less issues to deal with. Fortunately, exercise and changing what I eat has helped me to lose the weight BUT sometimes I am SOOOOOOOOOOO hungry that I can hardly stand it.
When I was a smoker, the cigarettes suppressed my appetite. If I had to wait for supper, I would smoke...but now I can hardly stand it. By 4:00 I am hungry, by 5:00 I am really hungry and by 6:00 I am downright cranky! This has actually led to arguements with my hubby who prefers to eat late and gets irritated when I start eating before the whole meal is ready. But, honestly, the longer I wait, the more I eat.
An apple or granola bar does not do the trick to suppress my appetite...I need MORE! I have no intention of smoking to suppress my appetite and, honestly, after I have my supper, I am fine but I think I need a little help to get through from 12 to 6?
Anybody else cranky out there or am I the only one??
