So you see you're not alone, I have always been a worrier too.
I have also read, use the words from Gone With the Wind when Ms. Scarlett says "I'll worry about that tomorrow!"
Journalling really helps when you are worrying, getting it on paper helps let it out! The fact that we are extra emotional since we quit adds a bit more drama to every occassion! So just a little something I try to keep in mind, to keep things in prespective!
