Very relevant to me to and a great post for some inspiration. I haven't posted for a bit as I recently went through a really, really negative phase. Actually, I don't think it was the quit but lots of other stuff. However, I have definitely noticed a very big chnage over the past week or so. Feels much more like a breeze than it ever has before. I never did intend smoking. I promised myself that no matter how bad things got or what rubbish came up in my life, my personal "milestone" (after which I will reconsider!) would be 18 months smoke-free. So, miserable, up, down, hungry, tired, sad, mad(!) it was something to be got through but not something to smoke over.
I think this thread might well flag up a very important "milestone" for others to hang on to. Sometimes, the hanging on is really all it takes.
