thank you all
This crying is crazy, huh? I guess it is a combination of all of life, midlife, stopping smoking, kids leaving, feeling our emotions again after numbing them so long with nicotine. Oh, my last, I hope that you feel better today. Sing all you want, dance all you want. it does make us feel better. I am going to go to the gym today, I think. I know that exercising does help depression. I read an interesting article today about sleeping. For every hour that you go to bed before midnight, it is like giving your body two hours of rest.(so this naturopathic dr. says). He said that our bodies were meant to go to bed at sundown and rise at sunrise? Also, to sleep in complete darkness, if possible. it helps promote the production of seritonin (causes a feeling of wellbeing) and melatonin. (helps with sleep patterns). Which, in turn, helps with depression. Okay, all, over to the tree house. We can focus on the positive today.
