Being busy is GOOD...it helps to focus on doing *normal* things.
If what you do first thing when you wake up causes panic, change how you wake up...
do you jump out of bed?
Or lay there dreading the day?
If you lay there, dreading, then get up, have a shower, find SOMETHING POSITIVE TO ACTIVELY DO...
If you jump out of bed, then lay there, practice deep breaths, think about all that you want to accomplish THIS day, THIS next 5 min, half hour, this hour.
Then when you plan what it is you're going to do, DO IT...LET NOTHING STOP YOU.....DO IT EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO IT.....REMEMBER THAT ANYTHING PHYSICAL HELPS COMBAT THIS THING.
GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS OF DOING *********ANYTHING******** THAT FORCES YOU TO FOUCS ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN YOUR PANIC!!!!!!!!!! :)
