I can't believe I missed all the action today. :) Went to see the doctor and told him about the quit, the depressed feelings, and not sleeping. Mostly, he said that I may be feeling depressed because I can't sleep, so he gave me a script for something called zopiclone.(anyone used that before?) Once I have had a chance to get some rest and get further into my quit, we will address the idea of anti-depressants. Hopefully, just getting some sleep will help.
