The more things change...

The more things change, the worse the craves... for me anyway. I picked up my kids yesterday (it's my turn to have them for a couple of weeks), school let out for Easter break... so I'll be home until the 16th (I work in a school), and it was my Son's Birthday yesterday. So my 'routine' was pretty much thrown out the window. And that had the effect of ratcheting up the cravings. I won't be smoking, of course... but it's very annoying. Every time something new is thrown into the mix... my craves increase. I guess the way I look at it now is that all of these things are opportunities for me to get comfortable, as a non-smoker, with new environments and new challenges. I know that as I go along, I'll get aclimatized... it will seem more and more normal for me to deal with all of these things as a non-smoker... but for now, it's a bit uncomfortable. Has anyone else had that reaction to 'change'? That it's more difficult when the everyday routines are broken?
