the best thing that happened to me today, going to court and being there most of the day without one single craving.and staying very relaxed for the first time. other times i have gone to court nervous as all. you know what, it wasnt because of being there, it was because i didnt know when i would be able to smoke that made me nervous. it felt so good today!!!never put another cigg to my mouth.
