It really is important to reward yourself for those successes that you achieve, in all of your life areas. Could be little or big, as long as it is a reward to you. one hour of guilt free me time? a bubble bath in candle light? an hour working on your favorite hobby? a piece of special dark rich chocolate? a manacure, haircut, a spa date, special steak dinner. There are so many things that you can use, so start setting them up now, after all you are saving all this money not smoking, and you don't have to feel guilty for spending it on yourself.
