Dune, yeah, you're making too much out of it. You're at the point where the nicotine is out of your system. What you're hearing is addict talk. It happens to pretty much all of us. The good news is that it gets easier the longer you've been quit. On my 1 year smoke-free anniversary, I actually suggested to myself that smoking a cigarette would be a great reward for staying quit for a year. Then I just cocked my head, rolled my eyes, and told myself you've GOT to be kidding. Shrugged it off and let it go.
