Been where you have been, a few times in the last few weeks as well. And I did it last year too. What I know Sparky is that I want to quit smoking, and that this is the place to do it. Yeah, it's dissappointing to have to do it all over again, for the quitter, and those that are helping, but it is worth it, for everyone.
You need to find a way to deal with those thoughts. That has been my problem too. Get some books. You need to change those tapes playing in your head. It's not just the Junkie talking in there!!!!! Look into Mindfulness, you might find that may help with controlling those thoughts you think are uncontrollable.
Always know that you can come back here, where you are ready. Eventually someone is going to say to you though that "there has been too many failed attempts." And you know what that person is right. You just have to do it. No going back to the way you've always done it. Think about it. Take the time you need to regroup. We will be here. At least I'm planning on it.
