Hi sparkle, Don't feel so bad. It just sounds like you weren't ready for the feelings that come when you quit. No matter which method you choose, you simply need a plan in how to deal with the cravings because they can a tiger to deal with at times. Prepare by working the program here, read as much as you can get your hands on and educate yourself ...and it wouldn't be a bad thing for your fiance' to join the site either! I'm sure it would help him and you could both support each other better. Don't let this episode dampen your enthusiasm. You can do this... just regroup and get a plan. That doesn't mean you have to wait about quitting (or continuing). I started without a plan and learned as I went along and I did fine. You can too. One important thing; make coming to this site on a daily basis for a while. It helps keep things in perspective. Welcome aboard! and I look forward to seeing you (and your fiance'??) on the forum :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/2/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 648 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 12,976 Amount Saved: $2313.36 Life Gained: Days: 68 Hrs: 16 Mins: 41 Seconds: 58
