Hi Gonnadoit Do whatever it takes to stay smoke free - even if it means that pizza from Friday. I empathise with you buddy - I have experienced cravings that have the strength of physical possessions - I'm not kidding. It can be scary stuff. Just committ to not smoking for the next 5 mins - go distract yourself with ANYTHING and take a big deep breath. Remember you are gonnadoit - you are doing it. Stay strong friend.
