I truly agree with you about Dr. Claire Weekes books. Those books of her were what got me to understand what I was going through. They helped me alot to learn what I was feeling and going through. They are great books and I recommend them to everyone out there. I have read so many book which have helped me out so much. I learned self talk, relaxation techniques and coping skills all on my own that have helped me come this far. I am not on medication or any therapy since I can't afford it so all the self help books I have read so far have really helped and gotten me out of my fear and anxiety. I can say that I have come a long way since where I was once before. Alot of the books I've read tell you that the main way that you can help yourself is MOTIVATION and WANTING to get better. It all about how our "minds" work, we need to reserve our ways of thinking and think POSITIVE thoughts instead of feeding our minds with the negative ones.

I have been listening to the agoraphobia and so far for a months and so far so good. I have gotten out of the house and my attitude is more positive!! Check them out!
