Just popped in to say hi. This 100 day mark was soooo very important to me. It was the first time I really truly believed that I would make it as a non smoker. I still did not really feel myself, I still felt more moody and impatient than I usually am, but still I felt like I finally could taste success.
So congratulations to you all - Mr. Ed, Healer, Rob, Coben Fan and Trudy. And then the excitement of Joonie, Bingo, Cuddles and Babs. (Thank goodness for the historian Cuddles) This constant parade of successful quitters climbing up the ladder to freedom is truly a sight to behold. Shaking off the chains of addiction and experiencing the freedom is truly amazing.
