Hi!
I've done a lot of reading on here and I appreciate all the support you've given me thus far! I have a question but it may sound a little dumb. My quit has been great until yesterday. I began having thoughts about cigarettes. I saw someone light a cigarette in a passing vehicle and the routine (cigarette in mouth, lighter in other hand, the first scorch of hot smoke in my throat, etc.)was so incredibly familiar, I could almost feel it myself.
Yesterday, I think that if I could've figured out how, I'd have smoked the stinking sofa! So I understand yesterday that I was cravin' like crazy. But today has been more of just a thought floating through my addled brain every now and them. Are the thoughts and craves the same thing? I certainly felt much more anxious with what I think was a crave.
I just wondered if I'm just craving or being "nostalgic"! I don't personally like either of those feelings! LOL
Either way, I didn't smoke and life is still good!
