I hardly even remember my slip, but I can still taste the horrible thing this morning. I had a number of drinks and I guess it was just out of habit. Noone else around was smoking. And I only had a couple puffs and put it out. Back to the quit this morning with renewed vigilance since this bad taste is still with me. I don't know how I ever smoked those things all the time.
I vowed I wouldn't do this, but when I saw my neighbour smoking this morning I thought, "what an idiot". He's not an idiot, of course. I am for allowing myself a puff when I was doing so well.
Do I need to stop drinking as well?
