thanks for the encouragement - it helps. I'm not much into rewards and i'm in my danger zone. Once I make it past 41 days I'll take a deep breath - without the smoke, I mean. Thank you Lady Imallclear had previously slipped on day 42. Imallclear now has 42 previously days + 34 current days of quit. Imallclear really wants this quit and has been very supportive to the others. I know she is a winner and has put in loads of effort! Just let the time pass and try not to think in terms of the danger zone. You got the month and more and this time you will pull yourself through. Be postive, use distractions and don't dwell on the subject.

Imallclear You have done beautifully. Keep that determination high. Big milestone for you and it does just keep getting easier and easier. The trick is distractions and watch that meter of yours grow. Thanks you for all your post here. They have been so helpful Imallclear. Imallclear, Start preparing for this danger zone now. What led to your slip/relapse? How will you avoid overcome this trigger? Perhaps having a great reward planned for day 41 or further would help keep you motivated and give you something to work towards? You use to take five-ten minutes to yourself a few dozen times everyday. Now that you've quit, it's still important to take that time out to do something nice + healthy for yourself. It can be helpful to boost your mood too. Why has that changed now that you've quit? Something to think about. :) Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team
